About Me:

Hi, I am Marlén!

I'm a music therapist, nonprofit leader, and strategist with nearly two decades of experience designing programs, growing organizations, and advocating for the transformative power of music and community care.

I’ve worked across sectors—from hospitals and early childhood education centers to global media companies and grassroots nonprofits—helping teams bring bold ideas to life through thoughtful systems, human-centered leadership, and creative programming. I’ve served as CEO, President, and Board Chair, leading initiatives in development, operations, and impact strategy. I’ve also had the honor of creating programs for Apple - Creative Studios, the University of Miami, Berklee College of Music, Endeavors, and The Ukulele Kids Club, as well as founding my own ventures, including We The Panda and Centro Convivio.

As a board-certified music therapist with an EMBA and a Master’s in Music Therapy, I specialize in integrating clinical insight with business acumen. My speaking, consulting, and collaborations center around health, music, and creative innovation.

Whether you’re thinking of launching a nonprofit, developing a community program, or exploring creative ways to reach your audience, I’d love to help you bring your vision to life.
